Thank you for taking the first step of your fitness and fashion journey. We are two brothers who live in Miami, Fl and Phoenix, AZ. We are interested in inspiring and impacting lives through fitness. We firmly believe that the best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today. With that said, we assure you that with hard work, dedication, and discipline, you’ll be able to achieve any goal you set for yourself. Deviate from your bad habits. Make non-complacency a priority. 3 Stages of Peak Fitness
Evaluation- In this stage we will provide you with a health assessment to get familiar with your posture, body composition, muscular imbalance, medical and training history and current fitness levels. At this stage, we evaluate with you which services beyond fitness training we can incorporate into your program.
Create- In combination with the other services assigned to you we create the most effective nutrition, training, and stress relief plan. These are created by different experts in their own field.
Execute-Put the plan into action. Proper nutrition, fitness training, stress reduction and delicious meals with additional motivation and support will help you reach your fitness goals and maintain them. We’ll also educate you on the importance of posture to help reduce the risk of injury.
1-on-1 Sessions
One on one advice, guidance, motivation and attention. Sessions are available indoor, outdoor, and virtual.

Bootcamp
Work along side a team that will hold you accountable to continue your fitness goals together as a group while having fun.

Meal Plans
Four week detox plan, Carb-cycling, Juice detox plan that will improve your nutrition and create better eating habits.

Fitness Challenges
Designed to work every major muscle group. To encourage healthy activity over an extended period of time.
